Only use our mats on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. On structured surfaces the vacuum won't build up in the suction cups. 2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? It's mandatory to rinse the shower beforehand - it should be properly wet - and then firmly press and smooth the mat with your hands or, with a secure stance, your feet on the floor of the tray. Check to make sure it's securely in place before stepping on it. 3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is inherently made from a durable material and is machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing your mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This way, you'll enjoy the mat for years! 4. How can I hang the shower mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, and simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. They are reusable. 5. My shower mat has wrinkles - what can I do? After unpacking, it's possible that the shower mat might be a bit "folded." Don't worry! Simply place it in hot water - either in a tub or installed to the shower floor - it will quickly smooth out. 6. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the shower? Yes, the extra-large holes allow for optimal water circulation and drainage - regardless of where the drain is located. 7. Is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.
